How do I buy a Made in Britain product?
You can search our directory by browsing through the participating manufacturers and looking at their products.  Alternatively, you can go straight to the product pages and click on the product that takes your interest. 
Both of these routes will take you to a product profile, where you can read information about the product and then “click to buy”.  You will then be taken to the manufacturer’s own website to complete the transaction.

I have purchased a product, when can I expect delivery?
The manufacturer who sold the product will be able to advise you of the delivery date.  Click here to locate the manufacturer’s profile.

I have a question about the product that I have bought, who should I call?
The manufacturer who sold the product will be able to provide you with any customer service advice.  Click here to locate the manufacturer’s profile.

How can I suggest a manufacturer to take part in Made in Britain?
Please click here to complete a contact form to advise us of your recommendation.  We will then contact the manufacturer directly to see if they are interested in participating.
